The Traffic (Franklin County) Notice No. 2, 1976

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Franklin County) Notice No. 2, 1976.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

3. The Traffic (Franklin County) Notice No. 3, 1969, dated the 8th day of December 1969† under regulations 27 and 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to a road situated in Franklin County at Pokeno is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Franklin County at Pokeno:

No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from a point 100 metres measured southerly generally along the said State highway from Selby Road to a point 400 metres measured northerly generally along the said State highway from Market Road.

Ford Street.

Whangarata Road: from No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to a point 700 metres measured westerly generally along Whangarata Road from the said State highway.

Milk Prices

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Milk Act 1967, the New Zealand Milk Board has authorised the following special maximum prices to be charged in the areas set out below. The special maximum prices which are set out in the Schedule hereunder take effect from and including the 1st day of February 1976 and are in substitution for all of the prices provided for in the Milk Price Notice 1975 and the price for milk sold to a vendor provided for in the Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975.

AREAS

All that area within a radius of 13 km from the Houhora Post Office.

All that area within a radius of 8 km from the Awhitu Telephone Exchange.

That part of the Coromandel County within a radius of 12 km from the Ahimia Post Office.

All that area within a radius of 3 km from the Coroglen Post Office.

All that area within a radius of 8 km from the Whitianga Post Office.

All that area within a radius of 3 km from the Hikuai Post Office.

All that area within a radius of 5 km from the Whangamata Post Office.

All that area within a radius of 3 km from the junction of the Tauranga Road with the Ngongotaha-Hamurana Road and those parts of Oturoa Road and Dalbeth Road which lie outside the above-mentioned area.

All that area within a radius of 6 km from the Mamaku Post Office and that part of Dansy Road which lies outside that area.
