Declaring Land and Portions of a Public Reserve Taken for Flood Protection Works in the City of Manukau and the City of Papatoetoe

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto and the portions of public reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby taken for flood protection works and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau from and after the 29th day of January 1976.
