Pursuant to section 58(1) of the Judicature Act 1908 His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint

the Honourable Robin Brunskill Cooke

a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand to hold office as an additional Judge of the Court of Appeal on and from the 1st day of January 1976.

Pursuant to sections 7 and 265A of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby revoke the appointment of

    as honorary launch wardens for purposes of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 and
