Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken and Vested in Block XIII, Maungaharuru Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and inhabitants of the County of Hawke’s Bay, also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and also hereby declares that the portions of road firstly, secondly, and thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall when so closed, and the land firstly described in the Third Schedule hereto shall when so taken, vest in Robert Holt and Sons Limited of Napier, subject to mortgage 248818, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry; and further hereby declares that the portion of road fourthly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall when so closed, and the land secondly described in the Third Schedule hereto shall when so taken, vest in Claymore Farms Limited of Hastings, subject to mortgages 285626, 285627, and 312390.1, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Dannevirke; also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall when so closed vest in Meiness Farm Limited, subject to mortgage No. 230927, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land
