Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes
of a Road in Block X, Pirongia Survey District, Otoro-
hanga County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule
hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Bernard Colin
Scott and Cameron Roy Scott, and under and by virtue of lease
No. S.F.H. 207, recorded in register book Volume 846, folio
170, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for
the purposes of a road from and after the 8th day of January
1976.
