Setting Apart European Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 439 of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953, the European land described in the Schedule
hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation, for the
purpose of a marae site, recreation or sports ground, for
the common use and benefit of the Maori people associated
with the Mangaroa Maori Committee.

Plant Declared a Noxious Weed Under the Noxious Weeds
Act 1950 in the County of Waitaki (No. 1272 Ag. 12/
10/4/6)

PURSUANT to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture
and Fisheries, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries
Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950,
the following Special Order, made by the Waitaki County
Council on the 26th day of September 1975 is hereby
published.

SPECIAL ORDER

"THAT in pursuance and in exercising of the powers vested
in it in their behalf of the provisions of section 3 of the
Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Council of the County of
Waitaki hereby declares that the plant barberry (Berberis
vulgaris) shall be declared a noxious plant within the district
comprising the whole of the County of Waitaki as at present
constituted".

Plants Declared Noxious Weeds Under the Noxious Weeds
Act 1950 in the Borough of Alexandra (No. 1271 Ag. 12/
10/4/6)

PURSUANT to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture
and Fisheries, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries
Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950,
the following Special Order, made by the Alexandra Borough
Council on the 6th day of October 1975 is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER

"That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested
in it, by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the
Alexandra Borough Council hereby resolves and declares by
way of Special Order that the undermentioned plants are
noxious weeds within the Borough of Alexandra".

Blackberry (Rubus fruiticosus and Rubus laciniatus);
Common broom (Cytisus scoparius);
Gorse (Ulex, any species);
Hemlock (Conium maculatum);
Nassella tussock (Nassella trichotoma);
Nodding thistle (Carduus nutans);
Sweet brier (Rosa eglanteria syn. Rosa rubiginosa).

APPPOINTMENT OF EXAMINATION STATION AT CUSTOMS AIRPORT

PURSUANT to section 31 of the Customs Act 1966, the Acting
Comptroller of Customs hereby appoints the place described
in the Schedule hereto to be an examination station for the
loading and unloading of goods and for the embarking and
disembarking of passengers.

The hard standing area, known as the apron, adjacent to
the Government hangar building at Wellington International
Airport.
