All that area of water at Maraetai Bay, Lake Taupo,
bounded on the sides by parallel lines 150 yards apart,
extending in a 310° true direction 200 yards from the edge
of the water, the northern boundary commencing 350 yards
southwards of the boat ramp. -
All that area of water at Stump Bay, Lake Taupo,
bounded on the sides by parallel lines 150 yards apart,
extending in a 287° true direction 200 yards from the edge
of the water, the northern boundary commencing 150 yards
southwards of the northern corner of the bay. -
All that area of water at Waihi Bay, Lake Taupo,
bounded on the sides by parallel lines 100 yards apart,
extending in a 020° true direction 200 yards from the edge
of the water, the western boundary commencing 350 yards
eastwards of the mouth of the Omoho Stream. -
All that area of water at Wildfish Bay, Lake Taupo,
bounded on the sides by parallel lines 150 yards apart,
extending in a 160° true direction 200 yards from the edge
of the water, the eastern boundary commencing 600 yards
south-westwards of Kuratau Spit. -
All that area of water at Te Hape Bay, Lake Taupo,
bounded on the sides by parallel lines 150 yards apart,
extending in a 085° true direction 200 yards from the edge
of the water, the northern boundary commencing 1,000 yards
southwards of the mouth of the Whareroa Stream. -
All that area of water at Whanganui Bay, Lake Taupo,
bounded on the sides by parallel lines 100 yards apart,
extending in a 068° true direction 200 yards from the edge
of the water, the southern boundary commencing 50 yards
from the south end of the beach. -
All that area of water at Waihaha Bay, Lake Taupo,
bounded on the sides by parallel lines 100 yards apart,
extending in a 133° true direction 200 yards from the edge
of the water, the southern boundary commencing 50 yards
from the southern end of the beach. -
All that area of water at Waihora Bay, Lake Taupo,
bounded on the sides by parallel lines 100 yards apart,
extending in a 150° true direction 200 yards from the edge
of the water, the north-eastern boundary commencing
350 yards south-westwards of the mouth of the Waihora
Stream. -
All that area of water at Kawakawa Bay, Lake Taupo,
bounded on the sides by parallel lines 100 yards apart,
extending in a 225° true direction 200 yards from the edge
of the water, the south-eastern boundary commencing
300 yards north-westwards of the eastern corner of the bay.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Each access lane shall be marked as follows:
-
Two transit posts at least 8 feet high with a distance
of not less than 10 feet or more than 20 feet between and
painted with 12 inches bright orange and black bands shall
be erected on land in line with each side of the access lane,
the first post being sited on the lake margin at normal lake
level. -
On each side of the transit posts sited on the lake
margin at normal lake level there shall be fastened in line
with the sides of the access lane a noticeboard measuring
not less than 2 feet 6 inches by 2 feet painted bright orange
with black lettering in the following form:
"NOTICE
MOTOR LAUNCH REGULATIONS 1962
Access lane through which motor
launches and water skiers may pass
at speeds greater than 5 miles per
hour.
BATHERS KEEP OUT"
- Where practicable, marker buoys either barrel, drum,
or spherical shaped, painted bright orange with a vertical
black stripe, shall be moored 50 yards and 200 yards from
the lake margin at normal lake level and in line with each
set of transit posts.

Licensing Robert John Jerome and Douglas John Pike to
Occupy a Site for a Discharge Pipeline at Mangonui
Harbour
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen
John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of
powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, thereby license
and permit Robert John Jerome and Douglas John Pike
(hereinafter called the licensees which term shall include
their administrators, executors or assigns, unless the context
requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part
of the foreshore and bed of the Mangonui harbour, as shown
on plan marked M.D. (N) 104 and deposited in the office
of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose
of maintaining thereon a discharge pipeline as shown on the
said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensees
upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in
the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall,
so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the
lst day of October 1975.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be twenty
dollars ($20) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee
shall be twenty five dollars ($25); provided always that
the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end
of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Amending the Foreshore Licence Authorising Frederick Bert
Nicholson and Kyra Verona Nicholson to Occupy a Site
for an Oyster Culling Shed and Wharf at Touwai Bay,
Whangaroa Harbour
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway,
of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated
by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the
licence of 29 January 1975*, authorising Frederick Bert
Nicholson and Kyra Verona Nicholson to use and occupy
a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Touwai Bay,
Whangaroa Harbour, as a site for an oyster culling shed and
wharf is hereby amended by deleting the word "plan" and
substituting the word "plans" and by inserting the phrase
"and MD (N) 125" after the expression "MD 15443".

PURSUANT to regulation 4 of the Marine Pollution (Dis-
persants and Exceptions) Regulations 1975, I, Rodger Norman
Kerr, Director of the Marine Division of the Ministry of
Transport, hereby give the following notice.
NOTICE
- The dispersants listed in the Schedule hereto shall be
approved dispersants for the purposes of the Marine Pollu-
tion (Dispersants and Exceptions) Regulations 1975.
