Private Investigators and Security Guards Act 1974, Approved Sureties—Correction to Gazette notice, 7 August 1975, No. 65, Page 1754
The nine companies and the State Insurance Office general manager declared to be approved sureties in the Gazette notice of 7 August 1975, No. 65, p. 1754, pursuant to the Private Investigators and Security Guards Act 1974, were so declared, pursuant to section 19 (3) (a), and not section 19 (1) (a), as therein stated.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 63A (1) (a) of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as a State Forest Park, to be known as Whakarewarewa State Forest Park.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT-ROTORUA CONSERVANCY— ROTORUA COUNTY
Part Sections 4, 6, and 8, Block I, Tarawera Survey District; Section I, Block X, Tarawera Survey District; and Roto-mahana-Parekarangi parts 4A, parts 6A2 No. 6A and B, 6L1, 6L2A, 6L2B2, 6L2B4, 6L2B5, part 6S1, part 6S2A, parts 6S2B, and part Te Kotuku-o-te-tama-whakara Block; situated in Blocks I, II, V, VI, IX, and X, Tarawera Survey District: area, 3830 hectares, more or less. As shown on Survey Office Plan 48406 lodged in the Office of the Chief Surveyor, Department of Lands and Survey, Hamilton.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 63A (1) (a) of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park and shall hereby form part of the Coromandel State Forest Park.

TAURARAHII A No. 2 Block situated in Blocks XIII and XIV, Coromandel Survey District: area, 86.6027 hectares, more or less, M.L. 12532.
As shown on plan N. 44/33 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of October 1975.
