At Leigh and Matheson Bay:
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point
on the eastern side of Waterfall Road 200 metres measured
northerly generally along Waterfall Road from Cumberland
Road; thence southerly generally along the said eastern side
of Waterfall Road across Cumberland Road to a point on
the southern side of the intersection of Cumberland Road
and Seaton Road; thence south-westerly generally by a right
line to the junction of the north-western side of the Wark-
worth-Leigh Road with Frosts Road; thence across Frosts
Road from its north-eastern side to its south-western side;
thence south-easterly generally along the south-western and
north-western sides of the Warkworth-Leigh Road to a point
280 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said
road from Matheson Bay Road; thence across the Warkworth-
Leigh Road at right angles from its western side to its
eastern side; thence south-westerly generally along the eastern
side of the Warkworth-Leigh Road to a point 320 metres
measured southerly generally from Matheson Bay Road;
thence due south-east by a right line to the shore of the
Hauraki Gulf; thence northerly generally along the said shore
and along the shore of Omaha Cove to a point due east
of the commencing point; thence by a right line to the
commencing point.

The Traffic (Waitemata City) Notice No. 1, 1975
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waitemata City) Notice No. 1, 1975.
  2. All roads in the city other than those specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitations as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
  3. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
  4. The Traffic (Waitemata City) Notice No. 1, 1974, dated the 30th day of July 1974† under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to roads situated within Waitemata City is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Waitemata City:
Adjacent to Henderson Borough:
Forest Hill Road: from Henderson Valley Road to a point 320 metres measured south-westerly generally along Forest Hill Road from Pine Avenue.
Henderson Valley Road: from the south-western boundary of Henderson Borough to a point 640 metres measured north-westerly generally along the said road from Pine Avenue.
Parrs Cross Road: from Henderson Valley Road to a point 240 metres measured north-westerly generally along Parrs Cross Road from Holdens Road.
Pine Avenue.
At Hobsonville:
Hobsonville Road: from the No. 16 State Highway (Auckland-Wellsford) to Brighams Creek Road and from Wisely Road to a point 320 metres measured north-easterly generally along Hobsonville Road from Brighams Creek Road.
Brighams Creek Road: from Williams Road to the Crash Gates at the north-eastern end of Brighams Creek Road.
Luckens Road: from Hobsonville Road to a point 480 metres measured south-easterly generally along Luckens Road from Hobsonville Road.
Trig Road: from Hobsonville Road to a point 160 metres measured north-westerly generally along Trig Road from Hobsonville Road.
At Herald Island:
All roads on Herald Island. The causeway leading to Herald Island. Kingsway Road: from Kauri Road to the Western end of the causeway leading to Herald Island.
At Kelston, Kelston West, Sunnyvale, Te Atatu:
All that area with the exception of the No. 16 State High-
-way (Auckland-Wellsford) (Auckland-Whenuapai Motorway),
and Triangle Road, bounded to the south by a line com-
mencing at the point where the southern bank of the Swanson
Stream meets the eastern side of Don Buck Road; thence
south-easterly generally along the north-eastern side of Don
Buck Road and Swanson Road to the northern boundary
of Henderson Borough; thence easterly, southerly, and west-
erly generally along the northern, eastern, and southern
boundaries of Henderson Borough to the south-eastern side
of South Road; thence south-easterly generally to a point on
the north-western side of Seymour Road, 1280 metres measured
south-westerly generally along Seymour Road from Sunnyside
Road; thence due south-east by a right line across Seymour
Road to the western boundary of Glen Eden Borough; thence
northerly and easterly generally along the western and northern
boundaries of Glen Eden Borough to the western boundary
of New Lynn Borough; thence northerly generally along the
said boundary to the southern bank of the Whau River, and
bounded to the east, to the north, and to the west by the
western banks of the Whau River, the banks of the Wairau
Creek, the shores of the Waitemata Harbour, the banks of
the Henderson Creek, the eastern bank of the Huruhuru Creek,
and the southern bank of the Swanson Stream to the com-
mencing point.

Piha Road: from Pendrell Road to a point 20 metres measured southerly generally along Piha Road from Pendrell Road.

Unnamed road: from Marine Parade to Garden Road.
Valley Road.
At Huia:
Foster Avenue.
Huia Road: from a point 640 metres measured easterly generally along the said road from Foster Avenue to Upland Road.
At Laingholm and Laingholm Central:
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the eastern side of Laingholm Drive 300 metres measured northerly generally along the said roadside from Janet Road; thence across Laingholm Drive at right angles to its eastern side to its western side; thence westerly generally by a right line to a point on the north-eastern side of Victory Road opposite the northern side of Karen Road; thence across Victory Road at right angles from its north-eastern side to its south-western side; thence along the northern side of Karen Road to its terminating point; thence due south-west by a right line to the north-eastern bank of the Big Muddy Creek; thence south-easterly generally along the said bank to the shore of the Manukau Harbour; thence north-easterly generally along the said shore to the western bank of the Little Muddy Creek; thence northerly generally along the said bank to a point opposite the commencing point; thence due west by a right line to the commencing point.
