All that area of Whangaparaoa Peninsula, with the exception
of Whangaparaoa Road, bounded by a line commencing
at a point on the north-eastern side of Whangaparaoa Road
at its intersection with Viponds Road; thence north-easterly
by a right line to a point on the northern shore of the said
peninsula; thence easterly generally along the said shoreline
to a point due west of the western end of Roberts Road;
thence due east by a right line to the junction of Whanga-
paraoa Road and Roberts Road; thence south-easterly
generally by a right line to a point on the shoreline of
Whangaparaoa Peninsula at the eastern end of Matakata
Parade; thence westerly generally along the said shoreline
to a point due south of the intersection of D'Orly Drive
with Whangaparaoa Road; thence due north by a right line
to a point on the south-western side of Whangaparaoa Road
opposite the north-western side of D'Oyly Drive; thence
across Whangaparaoa Road at right angles from its south-
western side to its north-eastern side; thence north-westerly
generally along the said side of the said road to its inter-
section with Viponds Road; thence by a right line across
Viponds road to the commencing point.

Road and from a point 720 metres measured westerly generally
along Whangaparaoa Road from Motuketekete Avenue to a
point 200 metres measured easterly generally along Whanga-
paraoa Road from Everard Avenue.

Whangaripo-Matakana Road: from the Warkworth-Leigh
Road to a point 480 metres measured north-westerly generally
along the Whangaripo-Matakana Road from the Warkworth-
Leigh Road.

At Orewa:

No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from a point 160
metres measured north easterly generally along the said State
highway from Moffats Road to a point 320 metres measured
south-westerly generally along the said State highway from
Moffats Road.

At Whangaparaoa:

Whangaparaoa Road: from Stanmore Bay Road to a point
160 metres measured north-westerly generally along Whanga-
paraoa Road from D'Oyly Drive.

At Huapai and Kumeu:

No. 16 State Highway (Auckland-Wellsford): from Trigg
Road, Huapai, to the bridge at a point 200 metres measured
south-easterly generally along the said State highway from
the entrance to Kumeu Railway Station.

Access Road: from the No. 16 State Highway (Auckland-
Wellsford) to a point 480 metres measured south-westerly
generally along the said road from the said highway.

Matua Road: from the No. 16 State Highway (Auckland-
Wellsford) to Oraha Road.

Oraha Road: from the No. 16 State Highway (Auckland-
Wellsford) to a point 160 metres measured north-easterly
generally along the said road from Matua Road.

Tapu Road: from the No. 16 State Highway (Auckland-
Wellsford) to a point 400 metres measured northerly generally
along the said road from the said highway.

At Kaukapakapa:

No. 16 State Highway (Auckland-Wellsford): from a point
160 metres measured northerly generally along the said high-
way from North Crescent to a point 560 metres measured
south-easterly generally along the said highway from the said
crescent.

At Riverhead:

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point
on the northern side of the No. 18 State Highway (Brighams
Creek - Albany) at the western end of the bridge across the
Rangitopuni Creek; thence across the said State highway at
right angles to its northern side, to its southern side; thence
southerly generally along the western bank of the said creek
to a point opposite the southern side of the Kaipara Portage
Road; thence westerly generally along the said roadside to
the eastern side of the said State highway; thence across the
said State highway, at right angles to its eastern side, to its
western side; thence across Riverhead Road, at right angles
to its southern side, to its northern side; thence northerly
generally along the western side of the said State highway
to the junction of the said State highway with Alice Street;
thence northerly generally along the western side of Alice
Street to the northern side of Queen Street; thence easterly
generally along Queen Street to the western side of the said
State highway; thence northerly generally along the western
side of the said State highway to its junction with Great
North Road; thence northerly generally along the western
side of Great North Road to the end of the said road; thence
easterly generally across Great North Road from its western
side to its eastern side; thence south-easterly generally by a
right line to the commencing point.

Un-named road: from Kaipara Portage Road to the bank
of the Rangitopuni Creek.
