Approval of Motorcycle Helmets in Terms of Traffic Regulations 1956
PURSUANT to subclause (1) of regulation 49 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves for the purpose of regulation 29 of the said regulations motorcycle safety helmets of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
SAFETY helmets manufactured by Chas Owen and Co. (Bow), England, and marked with the Trade name “Skulgarde” and the certification mark of the British Standards Institute BS 2001.
