State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 63A (1) (a) of the Forests Act 1949,
I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described
in the Schedule hereto as State forest park and shall hereby
form part of the North-west Nelson State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT-NELSON CONSERVANCY-BULLER
COUNTY
Sections 8, 18, 29, 30, and 34, Block I, Whakapoai Survey
District, and Sections 7 and 9, Block V, Whakapoai Survey
District: area, 76.3082 hectares (188 acres 2 roods 10 perches),
S.O. Plan 6543L.
As shown on plan S. 7/4 deposited in the Head Office of
the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 10th day of October 1975.

As shown on plan N. 53/10 deposited in the Head Office of
the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 10th day of October 1975.

appoints
Edgar Gerald Boyack
to be harbourmaster for Golden Bay Harbour, and hereby
appoints
Philip Murray Church
to be deputy harbourmaster for Golden Bay Harbour.

Pursuant to section 175 (2) and subject to sections 176
to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Takapuna
City to reclaim 30 perches, more or less, of Crown land
at Greenhithe, Waitemata Harbour, as shown on plan
M. D (N) 96 and deposited in the office of the Ministry
of Transport at Auckland.

Redefining Limits of Golden Bay Harbour

Pursuant to section 3 of the Harbours Act 1950, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby redefines
the harbour of Golden Bay as being all that area of water
in Golden Bay bounded by the line of mean high-water
spring tides and having as its seaward limit straight lines
joining Pakawau Bridge, positions
40° 37.8′ S 172° 43.9′ E
40° 38.1′ S 172° 46.5′ E
40° 40.1′ S 172° 46.2′ E
40° 41.8′ S 172° 48.0′ E
and the south bank of the Onekaka River entrance.

appointments, promotions, extensions, transfers, resignations,
and retirements of officers of the Royal New Zealand Air
Force:

GENERAL DUTIES BRANCH
Appointment

Flight Lieutenant Alistair Richard Mills is re-appointed
to a short service commission until 28 May 1981, with
seniority from 29 January 1969, and effect from 29 May
1975, to be followed by 4 years on the Reserve of Air
Force Officers.

Promotions

Flying Officer D. I. Grant to be Flight Lieutenant with
seniority and effect from 17 September 1975.
Pilot Officer B. J. Coppersmith to be Flying Officer with
seniority and effect from 20 September 1975.
Pilot Officer M. L. Holden to be Flying Officer with
seniority and effect from 20 September 1975.
