ROTORUA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Counties Act 1956, and the Public Works Act 1928, and their several amendments notice is hereby given that the Rotorua County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a sewage pump station (known as No. 1) and a sewage pipeline, and for the purpose of such public work the lands, described in the Schedule hereto, are required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the offices of the Rotorua County Council situated in Amohau Street, Rotorua, and is open for inspection without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours, 8.30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands, who have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, must state their objections in writing, and send same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, P.O. Box 12-244, Wellington North. A public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and that each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, public notice is hereby given that the Franklin County Council proposes, under the provisions of section 22 of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of flood protection works, and for the purposes of that public work the land, described in the First Schedule hereto, is required to be taken for stream diversion and the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto, is required to be taken for severence; and notice is hereby further given

Notice is hereby given that the Taranaki County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the Schedule hereto, such action being taken to clarify the ownership of an existing road; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Taranaki County Council, Robe Street, New Plymouth, and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
