PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft amendments are being circulated:

DZ 1166 Draft amendment to NZS 1166:1970, Model bylaw for hospitals.
NOTE—This amendment, when issued, will metricize the limits for speed in areas specified in clause 6.3.
DZ 9231 Draft amendment to NZS 9231:1971, Model bylaw for fire prevention.
NOTE—It is proposed to issue this amendment as a consequence of the revocation of NZS 2009:1965, Incinerators. The amendment will retain in NZS 9231 the provisions of NZS 2009 in respect of garden incinerators.
All persons who may be affected by these amendments and who desire to comment thereon, may, on application, obtain a copy on loan from the Standards Association of New Zealand, World Trade Center, 15-23 Sturdee Street (or Private Bag), Wellington 1.
