of Electricity in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan
County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken, subject to the mining rights created
by transfer No. 28646, South Auckland Land Registry, for
the generation of electricity.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 15 acres and 22.9 perches,
situated in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District, being that
portion of Allotment 16 of the Parish of Pepepe called Lot
16A, Parish of Pepepe. Balance certificate of title, Volume 643,
folio 44.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, by his Deputy and issued under the Seal of
New Zealand, this 12th day of September 1975.

Coal Mines Act 1925, for a Recreation Ground in the
Borough of Cambridge

By his Deputy RICHARD WILD
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis
Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby pro-
claim and declare that the land, described in the Schedule
hereto, is hereby taken subject as to the land secondly
described to the reservations imposed by section 168a of
the Coal Mines Act 1925, for a recreation ground and shall
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough
of Cambridge as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and
I also declare that the Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 2nd day of October 1975.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Cam-
bridge described as follows:

South Auckland Land Registry.
1 0 19 Allotment 5, Town of Cambridge East. All
certificate of title, Volume 1051, folio 125,
South Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, by his Deputy and issued under the Seal of
New Zealand, this 26th day of September 1975.
