HASTINGS CITY COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Hastings City
Council desires to change the purpose of the land described
in (i) in the Schedule hereto which is held for the purpose
described in (ii) to the purpose described in (iii).
SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT-HASTINGS CITY
(i) Description of land:
Lot 68, D.P. 9854, area, 1320 square metres, more or less,
pt. certificate of title G1/698. Being that portion of Windsor
Avenue between Maxville Drive and Grove Road.
(ii) The land is presently held for Sports Grounds.
(iii) The Council desires to set this piece of land apart
for road purposes.
Any persons affected by this proposed change of purpose
may object in writing to the Hastings City Council. Written
objections should be lodged with the Town Clerk within
forty (40) days of the first publication of this notice, namely,
30 October 1975.

WANGANUI COUNTY COUNCIL
WATER-SKI-ING SEASON—LAKE WIRITOA
PURSUANT to a resolution of the Wanganui County Council
passed at a meeting held on 12 September 1975, the Council
hereby declares that the water-ski-ing season defined in the
New Zealand Gazette on 14 November 1968, No. 74, p. 2104,
and amended on 28 May 1970, No. 31, is hereby renewed
for a further term of 5 years from 1 July 1975.
The definition provides for an annual season “...from the
lst day of July in one year to the 31st day of March or
Easter Monday, whichever is the later, in the following year.

kept by the company so far as appears from our examination of

drawn up so as to give respectively a true and fair view of the
state of the company’s affairs as at 31 March 1975, and of the
results of its business for the year ended on that date.
