Amendment to the Second Schedule to the Auckland Agri-
cultural Pastoral and Industrial Shows Board Act 1972
(No. 1248 Ag. 1024)
NOTICE is hereby given that:
(a) A mutual agreement dated the 20th day of August
1975 has been entered into between the Auckland Agri-
cultural Pastoral and Industrial Shows Board, the Auckland
Agricultural and Pastoral Association and the Auckland Manu-
facturers' Association in terms of subsection (1) section 9
of the Auckland Agricultural Pastoral and Industrial Shows
Board Act 1972 and a copy of the said agreement has been
filed with the Head Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and
Fisheries at Wellington.
(b) Approval is given in terms of subsection (3) of sec-
tion 9 of the Act to clause 4 of the First Part of the Second
Schedule to the Act being amended by the omission of the
words “provided that no person shall be eligible for the
re-election on more than 2 consecutive occasions”; and
(c) This notice shall come into operation on the day after
the date of its publication in the Gazette.

PURSUANT to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following
Special Order made by the Waitotara County Council on
the 21st day of August 1975 is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
“THAT pursuant to the provisions of section 3 (1) of the
Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Waitotara County Council
hereby resolves by way of Special Order that the under-
mentioned plant be declared a noxious weed within the
County of Waitotara.

Approval of Hospitals for the Purposes of Section 16 (1) of
the Medical Practitioners Act 1968
PURSUANT to subsection (1) of section 16 of the Medical
Practitioners Act 1968, the Minister of Health, acting on
the recommendation of the Medical Council, hereby approves
of the hospitals specified in the second column of the Schedule
hereto, and controlled in each case by the authority indicated
in respect thereof in the first column of that Schedule, as
hospitals in which any person who is for the time being
conditionally registered under that Act may practise medicine
or surgery.

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been
found.
(i) an area of 8.3811 hectares or thereabouts
situated east of and adjoining Jowers Road and
north-east of the junction with Lawford Road, West
Melton, in Block XI of the Rolleston Survey District,
being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 33971, C.T. 13F/528
(Canterbury Registry).
