PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Sea Craft Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Ellerslie, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease I.R.L./1 (part register book 846/61, North Auckland Land Registry), is hereby taken for the purposes of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway from and after the 25th day of September 1975.

Authorising a Secondary Use of Land in Block II, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki County, and Vesting the Control and Management Thereof in the Taranaki County Council

PURSUANT to section 37 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:
(a) Authorises the application of the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land held primarily for drainage purposes to recreation purposes, which shall be a secondary use of the said land;
(b) Specifies that Part II of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 shall apply to the said land; and
(c) Vests the control and management of the said land in the Taranaki County Council.

SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

(a) All that parcel of land containing 6492 square metres (1 acre 2 roods 16.7 perches) situated in Block II, Paritutu Survey District, being part Section 6, Bell District, and part Mangati Stream Bed, being all the land in certificate of title No. D2/521.

(b) All those parcels of land containing together 2.4456 hectares (6 acres 1 rood 29 perches) situated in Block II, Paritutu Survey District, and being part Section 6A, Bell District, part Mangati Stream Bed, and parts Lot 1, D.P. 9859, being part Section 5, Bell District, being the balance of the land in certificate of title No. B3/170.
