Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of June 1975, published in Gazette, 12 June 1975, No. 49, p. 1293, by deleting the two lines in the Schedule thereto that read:
"608 Lot 27, D.P. 41572, part certificate of title No. 13D/343.
708 Lot 29, D.P. 41572, part certificate of title No. 13D/342."
and replacing them with the following two lines:
"608 Lot 27, D.P. 41572, part certificate of title No. 13D/342.
708 Lot 29, D.P. 41572, part certificate of title, No. 13D/341."
