Notice to Make Payment of Land Tax Under the Land and Income Tax Act 1954
PURSUANT to the Land and Income Tax Act 1954, notice is hereby given as follows:
Land tax on land held as at the 31st day of March 1975 shall be due and payable in one sum on the 7th day of October 1975 at any office of the Inland Revenue Department or at any post office with savings bank facilities.

Notice Amending the Waitemata Branding Registration District (No. 1223 Ag. 6/8/2/2)
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 70 of the Animals Act 1967 and to a delegation from the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries under section 10 of the Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953, for the purposes of the said section 70 (2) the Director, Animal Health Division, of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, hereby revokes the description of the Waitemata Branding Registration District as set out in the Gazette notice No. Ag. 8180* and substitutes therefore the description set out in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
WAITEMATA BRANDING REGISTRATION DISTRICT
ALL that area comprising Waitemata City and Takapuna City and all boroughs and town districts in and adjacent to that area.

National Roads Board--Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 20 August 1975 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington) from its junction with Otara Road, Opotiki, to the southern boundary Section 3 M.L. 2762 L, Waioeka Gorge, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 5 of plan L.A. 31/3/1 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Gisborne, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board--Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 20 August 1975 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington) from its junction with State Highway 1 near Pokeno to its junction with Mangatawhiri Valley Road as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of plan LA 10/32/1 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Otahuhu, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Licensing Edwin Gerald Baker, Trevor Ian Halsey Wells, Clarence Roland Papps, Arthur Lawrence Balck, and Allen Clive Colville to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp at Tata Beach, Golden Bay
PURSUANT to sections 162 and 265A of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Edwin Gerald Baker, Trevor Ian Halsey Wells, Clarence Roland Papps, Arthur Lawrence Balck, and Allen Clive Colville, acting as trustees for the Tarakohe Sea Anglers Club (hereinafter called the licensees, which term shall include their administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Tata Beach, Golden Bay, as shown on plans marked M.D. 11979 and M.D. 15614 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto. The licence of 19 May 1965* as amended on 16 April 1974β authorising Edwin Gerald Baker, Trevor Ian Halsey Wells, Clarence Roland Papps, Arthur Lawrence Balck, and Allen Clive Colville, acting as trustees for the Tarakohe Sea Anglers Club, to occupy a site for a boat ramp at Tata Beach, Golden Bay, is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 4 years from the 1st day of May 1975.
(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensees shall be forty dollars ($40); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.
(4) There shall be payable in respect of all vessels using the said ramp (other than those vessels belonging to financial members of the Tarakohe Sea Anglers Club) a due of 20 cents per day.
(5) There shall be free use and access for payers of dues at all reasonable times.

Licensing the Trustees for the Inhabitants of the District to Occupy a Site for a Wharf at Leask Bay, Half-Moon Bay, Stewart Island
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Alfred George Leask, Alexander Traill, and Noel Broomhall, acting as trustees for the inhabitants of the district (hereinafter called the licensees, which term shall include their administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Leask Bay, Half-Moon Bay, Stewart Island, as shown on plan marked M.D. 3800 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a wharf as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto. The licence of 16 November 1967* authorising George Leask, Alexander Traill, and Percy Willa, acting as trustees for the inhabitants of the district, to occupy a site for a wharf at Leask Bay, Half-Moon Bay, Stewart Island, is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
