A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of February 1971 and published in Gazette, 4 March 1971, Volume I, p. 352, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as No. S. 511876, in so far as it affects the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway shall be that defined and set forth in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area defined on the plan marked S.O. 48337, referred to in the said Second Schedule.

Commencing at a point on the north-western side of Komakorau Road approximately 16 metres south-west of its intersection with Dawsons Road, situated in Block V, Komakorau Survey District, and proceeding southerly generally for a distance of approximately 5.4 kilometres, passing in, into, through or over the following lands:

As shown on plan S.O. 48337 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Land Taken for the Purpose of a Parking Place in the City of Nelson

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of a parking place and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Nelson, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of September 1975.
