NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the creditors and members of the above-named company will be held at the office of the liquidator, Butlers Building, The Strand, Whakatane, on Friday, the 12th day of September 1975, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of GORDON DEVELOPERS LTD. (in liquidation) a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Mata-mata:
TAKE notice that Keith Leburn Spratt, of Hamilton, company manager, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named company.
The liquidator of Gordon Developers Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 19th day of September 1975, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act or to be excluded from such benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

NOTICE is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on Wednesday, 27 August 1975, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up and that a meeting of the creditors of the company will accordingly be held in the Chamber of Commerce Hall, corner Worcester Street and Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, on Monday, 8 September 1975, at 11 a.m., at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company's affairs, together with a list of all creditors and the estimated amount of their claims will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company and, in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the abovenamed company by the Supreme Court was on the 19th day of August 1975 presented to the said Court by W. STEVENSON & SONS LIMITED a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Walmsley Road, Otahuhu, Auckland. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 10th day of September 1975 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for same.
