Land in the Otago Land District Acquired as State Forest Land

NOTIFICATION is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as State forest land.

SCHEDULE
Otago LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY—TUAPEKA COUNTY
Lots 3, 4, and 5, Deposited Plan 12326, being Sections 34, 35, 36, and 37, and part Sections 20, 23, and 31, Block VI, Tuapeka East Survey District; area, 422.8965 hectares, more or less.
As shown on plan S. 162/4 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Dated at Wellington this 24th day of July 1975.
