Land as State Forest Park

PURSUANT to section 21 of the Forests Act 1949, notice is
hereby given that amendments as follow shall take effect
as from the date of issue of the proclamation referred to
in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
FIRSTLY, the Proclamation issued on the 10th day of May
1971, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the
20th day of May 1971, page 942, by revoking that part
of the area described in the Second Schedule as “82 acres
0 roods 0 perches, Section 9”, and substituting therefore
“28 acres 0 roods 0 perches, Section 9”.

Secondly, the proclamation issued on the 10th day of May
1971, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the
