Pursuant to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall,
as from the date hereof, be added to and form part of the
Urewera National Park and shall be hereafter managed,
administered, and dealt with by the Urewera National Park
Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT—WAIKOHU AND WAIRUA COUNTIES
SECTIONS 1, 2, and 3, Urewera Registration District, situated
in Blocks VI, X, and XIV, Koranga Survey District, Blocks
XVII and XVIII, Waikaremoana Survey District, and Blocks
I, II, V, and IX, Tuahu Survey District: area, 5575 hectares,

County of Waimairi and be under the control and manage-
ment of the Waimairi County Council.
