A Water Supply Easement Over Land Taken for Waterworks in Blocks I and II, Puniu Survey District, Waipa County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement of right to lay and maintain a pipeline with all accessories and to conduct water through the same and to enter for the purpose of inspecting, repairing, and maintaining the said pipeline is hereby taken for waterworks over the land described in the Schedule hereto and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Te Awamutu as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September 1975.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 63A (1) (a) of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park and shall hereby form part of the Tararua State Forest Park.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY— HOROWHENUA COUNTY
Section 8, Block XII, Kaitawa Survey District: area, 1.9526 hectares, more or less (S.O. 13089).
Section 1, Block XIII, Waiopohu Survey District: area, 2.2257 hectares, more or less (S.O. 12835).
As shown on plan N. 157/12 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of August 1975.
