FIRSTLY, that piece of land having frontage to Tauherenikau
Valley Road containing 185.7456 hectares, more or less, being
Section 8, Block VI, Waiohine Survey District, being all the
land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume
359, folio 229 (Wellington Registry), in which Albert Errol
Saywell is registered proprietor of an estate in fee simple.
Secondly, those pieces of land having frontage to Tauher-
enikau Valley Road, being firstly that piece of land containing
20.5883 hectares, more or less, being Section 109, Moroa
Block, Block IX, Waiohine Survey District, and secondly, that
piece of land containing 5.2356 hectares, more or less, being
Section 110, Moroa Block, Block IX, Waiohine Survey
District, the said pieces of land being all the land comprised
and described in leasehold certificate of title, Volume 635,
folio 33 (Wellington Registry), in which Her Majesty the
Queen is registered as proprietor of an estate in fee simple
and Albert Errol Saywell is registered as proprietor of an
estate of leasehold.

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY
SPECIAL ORDER
THE Auckland Regional Authority in exercise of the powers
vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963,
sections 34 and 36, and in pursuance of the authority con-
ferred upon it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956
and in exercise of all other powers enabling it on that
behalf, doth hereby resolve by special resolution intended
to operate as a special order to borrow the sum of one
million two hundred and ninety-four thousand dollars
($1,294,000) as a special loan to be known as Regional
Roading Loan No. 6, 1975, $1,294,000, for the purposes of
and incidental to the acquisition of land for future regional
roads and motorways.
The foregoing special order was passed at an ordinary
meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority held on 21 July
1975 and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said
Authority held on 18 August 1975 having meantime been
advertised in the Auckland Star on 28 July 1975 and 6 August
1975.
The common seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was
hereunto affixed in the presence of the chairman and secretary.

ELECTION OF FOUR MEMBERS
PURSUANT to the provisions of section 36 of the Sale of
Liquor Act 1962, I, Roger Selwyn Dickinson, Clerk of the
Rangiora Borough Council (being the controlling authority
within the Hurunui Licensing District), hereby declare that
the following persons were elected as members of the Huru-
nui Licensing Committee at an election held in Rangiora
on the 15th day of August 1975:

PETROLEUM PIPELINE REGULATIONS 1964
NOTICE OF APPLICATION
NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of
Petroleum Act 1937, the undersigned has applied to the
Minister of Mines for a pipeline authorisation to convey
natural gas by pipeline from the existing Inglewood lateral
pipeline to a new metering station in Cutfield Street in Ingle-
wood.
