Council proposes to execute a certain public work, namely,
the construction of a road, and for the purposes of that
public work the lands described in the First Schedule hereto
are required to be taken and the roads described in the
Second Schedule hereto are required to be stopped. And

so required to be taken and of the portions of roads required
