PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
Notice Whangarei 1975, No. 52. - The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described
in the Second Schedule hereto. - The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act

Licensing the Te Aroha-Thames Valley Co-operative Dairy
Co. Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Jetty and Water Intake
Pipeline on the Waihou River at Te Aroha
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen
John Conway of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of
powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license
and permit the Te Aroha-Thames Valley Co-operative Dairy
Co. Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall
include its successors or assigns unless the context requires
a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the
foreshore and bed of the Waihou River at Te Aroha as
shown on plan marked M.D. (N) 85 and deposited in the
office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland for the
purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty and water intake
pipeline as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held
and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms
and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations
1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall,
so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the
1st day of April 1975.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be twelve
dollars ($12) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee
shall be twenty dollars ($20); provided always that the
Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end
of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Licensing William Allan Thompson to Occupy a Site for a
Boat Mooring at Tata Bay
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen
John Conway of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of
powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license
and permit William Allan Thompson (hereinafter called the
licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors,
or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction)
to use and occupy a part of the bed of the sea at Tata
Bay, as shown on plan marked M.D. 15606 and deposited
in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington,
for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat mooring as
shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed
by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions
set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE

held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
