EDWARDS, Director,\nStandards Association of New Zealand.\n(S.A. 4β114/2/8)\n\nLicensing Wynne Edmund Going to Occupy a Site for a Slipway at Tutukaka\n\nPURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Wynne Edmund Going (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the harbour at Tutukaka as shown on plan marked M.D. 10919 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a slipway as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.\n\nSCHEDULE\nCONDITIONS\n(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.\n(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of February 1975.\n(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be twelve dollars ($12) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be forty dollars ($40); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.\n\nDated at Wellington this 30th day of January 1975.\n\nP. MUERS, for Secretary for Transport.\n(M.O.T. 54/1/10)\n\nLicensing the Huntly Borough Council to Occupy a Site for a Water Supply Intake Pipeline Structure in the Waikato River at Huntly\n\nPURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Huntly Borough Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of the Waikato River at Huntly as shown on plan marked M.D. (N) 4 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a water supply intake pipeline structure as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.\n\nSCHEDULE\nCONDITIONS\n(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.\n(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of February 1975.\n(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be ten cents (10c) payable on demand; provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.\n\nDated at Wellington this 29th day of January 1975.\n\nP.
