PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
    Notice Rotorua 1975, No. 1.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
    hereby revoked.
  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
    hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act

    The Road Classification (Tuapeka County) Notice No. 1, 1975
    PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle
    Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives
    the following notice.
    NOTICE

  5. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
    (Tuapeka County) Notice No. 1, 1975.
  6. The Tuapeka County Council's proposed classification of
    the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
  7. So much of the notices dated 31 August 1950†, 26
    November 1964†, 25 June 1970§, which relate to the classification
    of the roads described in the Schedule hereto are hereby
    revoked.

    Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
    PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
    Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
    set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae
    and meeting place for the common use and benefit of Ngati
    Tuheke and the other Maori people in the vicinity.

    Comment
    PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards
    Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned
    specification is being considered for declaration as a New
    Zealand standard specification or for endorsement as being
    suitable for use in New Zealand:
    Number and Title of Specification
    BSI/PD 6434:1969 Recommendations for the design and
    testing of smoke reducing solid fuel burning domestic
    appliances.
    All persons who may be affected by this specification and
    who desire to comment thereon may, on application, obtain
    a copy on loan from the Standards Association of New
    Zealand, World Trade Center, 15-23 Sturdee Street (or Private
    Bag), Wellington 1.
    Requests should specify that copies are required for comment
    purposes.
    The closing date for the receipt of comment is 14 March
