THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

  1. As from the 31st day of August 1975 the control and management of the closed burial ground shall vest in Elsie Rose Fransham, John Benjamin Grubb, Alan Mervyn McKerras, James Richard Watson, John Patrick, Clarence Vivian Mills, Alan Charles Draper, Tupu Iese, Morris Yeoman Smith, Apelamo Matamua, Brian William Cooper, and Alaivae Aioulupo, being the Otara Methodist Church Trustees.

  2. The said Otara Methodist Church Trustees are hereby authorised to remove all monuments and tablets erected in the closed burial ground except those marking the graves of the persons specified in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land containing 4047 square metres (1 acre), more or less, being part Lot 64 of the Parish of Pakuranga, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 599, folio 247 (Auckland Registry).

The Warwick Junction Cemetery Closing Notice 1975

PURSUANT to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Warwick Junction Cemetery Closing Notice 1975.

  2. It is hereby directed that the Warwick Junction Cemetery, being the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed and burials therein discontinued after the 31st day of August 1975.

  3. As from the 31st day of August 1975 the control and management of the closed Warwick Junction Cemetery shall vest in the Inangahua County Council.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of land containing 4.0417 hectares, more or less, being Section 6, Block XVI, Burnett Survey District (S.O. Plan 8048).
