PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient

The East Tamaki Methodist Church Burial Ground Closing
and Clearance Notice 1975

PURSUANT to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Minister
of Health hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the East Tamaki Methodist
   Church Burial Ground Closing and Clearance Notice 1975.

2. It is hereby directed that the burial ground at East Tamaki,
   commonly called the Methodist Church Cemetery, being the
   area described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be closed and
   burials therein discontinued after the 31st day of August 1975,
   and it is hereby further directed that, notwithstanding anything
   in section 41 or section 42 of the Burial and Cremation Act
   1964, no further burials shall take place in that burial ground
   after that day.
