Revocation of a Declaration That Private Land be a Private Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the notice published in New Zealand Gazette, 2 April 1959, No. 20, p. 417, declaring the private land described in the Schedule hereto to be a private scenic reserve under and subject to the provisions of Part IV of the said Act.

Resumption of Unformed Legal Road in Block IX, Kaniere Survey District, Westland County

Pursuant to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Westland County Council pursuant to the said section 191B, and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975, Amendment No. 3.

(2) This notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of September 1974.

2. The First Schedule to the Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975 (as substituted by the Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975, Amendment No. 2) is hereby revoked, and the Schedule to this notice is hereby substituted therefor.
