First Schedule hereto; and that the public highway described
in the Second Schedule hereto is declared to be a State high-
way within the meaning and for the purposes of the National
Roads Act.
FIRST SCHEDULE
No. 7 State Highway: all that portion from the commence-
ment of the State highway and extending generally north-
westwards for 300 metres, as shown more particularly on
Plan M.O.W. 36578 held at the office of the Ministry of
Works and Development, Wellington.
SECOND SCHEDULE
No. 7 State Highway: all that public highway commencing
at No. 1 State Highway 140 metres east of the main trunk
railway at Waipara, crossing the said railway and extending
generally westwards altogether for 970 metres, as shown
more particularly on Plan M.O.W. 36578 held at the office
of the Ministry of Works and Development, Wellington.

Revoking Declaration of State Highway and Declaring Public
Highway to be State Highway
PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953,
the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval
of the Minister of Works and Development, gives notice
that the notice dated 9 March 1960, published in Gazette,
24 March 1960, Volume I, p. 384, is revoked in so far
as it affects the State highway described in the First Schedule
hereto, and that the public highway described in the Second
Schedule hereto is declared to be a State highway within
the meaning and for the purposes of the National Roads Act.
FIRST SCHEDULE
No. 48 State Highway (Chateau).
SECOND SCHEDULE
No. 48 State Highway (Chateau): commencing at its
junction with No. 47 State Highway 8.84 kilometres east of
National Park and proceeding thence past the Chateau up
to and including the loop road at Iwikau Village on the
slopes of Mount Ruapehu.

Notice of Approval by the Price Tribunal of Increase in
Charge-out Rates for Specified Services
UPON reading the report of the Secretary, Department of
Trade and Industry, dated 24 July 1975, proposing that the
Tribunal exercise its discretionary power under regulation 2
of the Price Freeze Regulations (No. 6) 1973 to approve
to the trades nominated in the Schedule thereto recovery by
way of increased charge-out rates of the additional direct
labour costs arising out of the Wages Adjustment Regulations
1974, Amendment No. 4, the Tribunal resolves:
"To approve, that trades subject to the Price Freeze Regula-
tions (No. 6) 1973 be permitted to recover by way of
charge-out rates the increased labour costs attributable to
direct labour arising from the Wage Adjustment Regula-
tion 1974, Amendment No. 4, less the amount of recovery
of which was authorised under Tribunal Decision No. 5501
dated 20 February 1975."*
