1975, No. 58, page 1529, for "reservation" in line three read
"recreation" which last-mentioned word appears in the original
notice signed by the Minister of Lands.

in Block XVI, Waihou Survey District, Ohinemuri County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control
purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 7th day of August 1975.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XVI, Waihou
Survey District, described as follows:

M.O.W. 28322 (M.L. 10706).

As shown on the plans marked and coloured as above
mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
and Development at Wellington.

Mortgagees Interest in Land and Statutory Rights of Way
Over Land at Otahuhu Taken for Railway Purposes

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the interest of the mortgagees,
Mary Kathleen Kiely and Desmond Kiely, in mortgage 371508,
registered on the certificate of title for the land in the First
Schedule, is hereby taken for railway purposes, and the
statutory rights under the provisions of section 168, Land
Transfer Act 1952, appurtenant to the land described in the
Second Schedule over part of the land described in the
Third Schedule are hereby taken for railway purposes; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 11th day of August 1975.
