National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
IT is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 16 July 1975 and pursuant to section (4) of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 60 State Highway (Richmond to Collingwood) from the Motueka Borough Boundary to its junction with Dehra Doon Road as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 4 of plan LA 54/56/1, and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Nelson, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
IT is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 16 July 1975 and pursuant to section (4) of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 41 State Highway (Manunui to Turangi) from its intersection with the Taumarunui Borough Boundary at the Wanganui River to its junction with Ngapuke Road, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan LA 41/75/1 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Taumarunui, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

IT is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 16 July 1975 and pursuant to section (4) of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of the Palmerston North to Forest Hill Road section of No. 57A State Highway fronting Lots 1 and 2 of D.P. 35092 (C.T. 12A/895 and 12A/896 respectively) as more particularly shown on plan L.A. 44/116/1/1 and accompanying schedule held at the office of the Ministry of Works and Development, Palmerston North, and there available for public inspection to be a limited access road.

Licensing Honeymoon Bay Holdings Limited to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp at Honeymoon Bay
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Honeymoon Bay Holdings Limited (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Honeymoon Bay as shown on plan marked M.D. 15587 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of August 1975.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be sixty dollars ($60); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Transfer by the Housing Corporation of New Zealand to the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation of New Zealand of Certain Debentures
PURSUANT to section 41 of the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation Act 1974, the Housing Corporation of New Zealand hereby transfers all its interests, rights, and powers under the debenture, registered under the Companies Act 1955 mentioned in the Schedule hereto to the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation of New Zealand.
SCHEDULE
DEBENTURE dated the 28th day of May 1970 and registered in the Companies Office at Nelson on the 17th day of June 1970 given by Hufflett Trawlers Limited to the State Advances Corporation of New Zealand charging all the assets of the above company as security for a loan of $60,000 from the said corporation, the benefit of the said debenture being now vested in the Housing Corporation of New Zealand by virtue of the Housing Corporation Act 1974.
