1. This notice may be cited as the Terawhiti Licensing
   Trust Constitution Notice 1975, Amendment No. 1, and
   shall be read together with and deemed part of the Terawhiti
   Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1975† (hereinafter referred
   to as the principal notice).

2. The Second Schedule to the principal notice is hereby
   amended by omitting the words “Wellington West Licensing
   Trust District” wherever they occur and substituting in each
   case the words “Terawhiti Licensing Trust Area”.
