Declaring Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for the Purposes
of a Road in Block VII, Mimi Survey District, Clifton
County
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into,
the leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Allan Percival
Selby, of Uruti, farmer, under and by virtue of lease in
perpetuity recorded in register book, Volume 31, folio 112,
Taranaki Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her
Majesty the Queen by Arthur James Sutton, of Uruti, share-
milker, under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity recorded
in register book, Volume 30, folio 243, Taranaki Land
Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road from
and after the 31st day of July 1975.
