Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested and
Road Closed and Incorporated in an Adjoining Crown Lease
in Block VIII, Tahrariti Survey District

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Dannevirke, also hereby
proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto; and also hereby declares that the road firstly, secondly,
and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule shall when
so closed be incorporated in Crown lease L.P. No. 436,
recorded in register book, Volume 98, folio 167, Hawke's Bay

Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Francis
George Brian Lys, of Dannevirke, farmer, subject to mortgage 217967, Hawke's Bay Land Registry; and further hereby
declares that the road fourthly described in the said Second
Schedule shall when so closed vest in Roger Wellwood Ferguson, of Waitahora, farmer, subject to mortgage 234155, Hawke's
Bay Land Registry.
