Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken and Vested in Block V, Takapau, and Block VI, Norsewood Survey District, Dannevirke County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Dannevirke, also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second, Third, and Fourth Schedules hereto, also hereby takes the land described in the Fifth and Sixth Schedules hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and also hereby declares that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall when so closed, and the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto shall when so taken, vest in Colin David Ellison, of Takapau, farmer, and Colleen Margaret Ellen Ellison, his wife, as tenants-in-common in equal shares subject to mortgages 220161 and 259774, and statutory land charge K276510, Hawke's Bay Land Registry; and further hereby declares that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto shall when so closed, and the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto shall when so taken, vest in Garry Allan John McGhie, of Hastings, civil servant, subject to mortgages 285711 and 302576.1, Hawke's Bay Land Registry; also further hereby declares that the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto shall when so closed vest in Heatherford Patrick Cheer, of Makotuku, farmer, and Patricia Clare Cheer, his wife, subject to mortgages 173039, 272325, and 307067.1, Hawke's Bay Land Registry.
