Appointment of the Rangitikei-Wanganui Catchment Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby appoints the Rangitikei-Wanganui Catch-
ment Board to control and manage the reserve described in
the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act,
as a reserve for soil conservation and river control purposes.

the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to be known
as the Lake Hayes Domain.

reserve for scenic purposes and further, pursuant to the
Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve
to form part of the Lake Rotoiti Scenic Reserve, to be
administered as a scenic reserve by the Lake Rotoiti Scenic
Board.

191B and as from the date of this notice shall be declared
to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the
Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be
Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for
road purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto
and further, declares that the said land may be disposed
of by the Waimairi County Council at current market value,
the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's
reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in
or towards the improvement of other public reserves under
the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of
other land for public purposes.

Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a
reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the
Reserves and Domains Act 1953 vests the said reserve in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of
Pahiatua in trust for that purpose.
