Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land in the City of Timaru
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 24th day of July 1975.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Papakura City Council
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for quarry purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes and further, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Papakura, in trust, for recreation purposes.
