Amending the Foreshore Licence Authorising the Waikato Rowing Club (Incorporated) to Occupy a Site for a Wharf on the Waikato River
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the licence of 18 March 1975* authorising the Waikato Rowing Club (Incorporated) to use and occupy a part of the bed of the Waikato River, as a site for a wharf, is hereby amended by deleting the expression “M.D. 421” and substituting the expression “M.D. 8421”.

Licensing New Zealand Forest Products Limited to Occupy a Site for a Bridge at Kopokorahi Arm, Lake Maraetai
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit N.Z. Forest Products Limited (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Lake Maraetai at Kopokorahi Arm as shown on plan marked M.D. (N) 72 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a bridge as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of July 1975.

The premium payable by the licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Unclaimed Property—Notice of Election by the Public Trustee to Become Manager Under the Public Trust Office Act 1957, Part V
WHEREAS Jaroslav Kosek whose last known address was of 38 Albion Street, Harris Park, Sydney, New South Wales, is the owner of the property mentioned in the Schedule hereto and the property is situate in New Zealand; and whereas after due inquiry it is not known where he is or whether he is alive or dead; and whereas the gross value of the said property (as estimated by the Public Trustee) does not exceed $4,000 and for the purposes of subsection (2) of section 80 of the Public Trust Office Act 1957 the Public Trustee is satisfied that it is advisable in the interests of the owner of the said property that he should become the manager thereof.
Now therefore, the Public Trustee in exercise of the authority conferred upon him by the said subsection (2) of section 80 of the said Act, hereby elects to be the manager of the said property under Part V of the said Act.

Cash amounting to the sum of $254.25.
