    Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
    PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
    the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto,
    is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation, for the purpose
    of a Maori reserve or a meeting place, recreation ground,
    sports ground, bathing place, landing place, fishing ground,
    timber reserve, and a place of historical and scenic interest
    for the common use and benefit of the beneficial owners
    of the said land from time to time and the members of their
    respective families.

    Environmental Impact Report Notified-Mount Davy Colliery
    Project
    THE Commission for the Environment gives notice that it
    has received an environmental impact report on the proposal
    to mine and export coal from the Mount Davy coal field,
    Greymouth. Representations in writing on the environmental
    aspects of the project, as it is explained in the report, will
    be received at the office of the Commission, P.O. Box 12-042,
    Wellington North, until Friday, 15 August 1975.
    Copies of the report may be purchased from West Coast
    Resources Limited, P.O. Box 12-482, Penrose, Auckland, at
    a cost of $2.00. Copies can be seen at the public libraries
    at Westport, Greymouth, Hokitika, Auckland, Wellington,
    Christchurch, and Dunedin or at the libraries of the seven
    university institutions.

    Board-Fergusson Wharf Stage 3
    THE Commission for the Environment gives notice that it
    has received an environmental impact report on the Auckland
    Harbour Board's proposal to reclaim land and expand the
    Fergusson Container Terminal. Representations in writing on
    the environmental aspects of the project, as it is explained
    in the report, will be received at the office of the Commission,
    P.O. Box 12-042, Wellington North, until Friday, 15 August
  6. Copies of the report may be purchased from the Chief
    Engineer, Auckland Harbour Board, Eighth Floor, Air New
    Zealand House, 1 Queen Street, Auckland. The summary
    and recommendations of the report (Part I) at a cost of
    $1.00 and the detailed technical report (Part II) at a cost
    of $2.00. Copies can be seen at the public libraries at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin or at the libraries
    of the seven university institutions.
