Reservation of Land
Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes.

ALLOTMENT 669, Waimana Parish, situated in Block VII, Whakatane Survey District: area, 146.0000 hectares, more or less (S.O. Plan 48144).

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for reservation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Waitemata County Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other recreation reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for recreation purposes.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve, Change of Purpose of Reserves, and Vesting in Woodville Borough Council
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Woodville Borough Council to control and manage the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto and changes the purpose from a reserve for a site for a public hall to a reserve for recreation purposes and further, changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto from a reserve for a police station site to a reserve for recreation purposes and further, vests the said recreation reserves in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Woodville in trust for that purpose.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Christchurch City Council
Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch, in trust, for that purpose.

The Palmerston North High Schools Board of Governors Notice 1975
Pursuant to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
(1) This notice may be cited as the Palmerston North High Schools Board of Governors Notice 1975.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1975. -
The constitution of the Palmerston North High Schools Board of Governors is hereby varied so that the Board shall consist of:
(a) Two members appointed by the Wanganui Education Board.
(b) Two members to be elected by the parents of pupils attending Palmerston North Boys High School.
(c) Two members to be elected by the parents of pupils attending Palmerston North Girls High School.
(d) Two members to be elected by the parents of pupils attending Queen Elizabeth College.
(e) Two members to be elected by the parents of pupils attending Freyberg High School.
(f) Up to two members to be co-opted by the Board of Governors if and when it thinks fit.

Road Transport Industry Training Board Notice 1975
Pursuant to section 15A of the Vocational Training Council Act 1968, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Road Transport Industry Training Board Notice 1975.
-
(1) There shall be an Industrial Training Board for the Road Transport Industry which shall be known as the Road Transport Industry Training Board and shall comprise the following members—
(a) Three members appointed by the New Zealand Road Transport Association (Inc.).
(b) Two members appointed by the New Zealand Road Transport and Motor and Horse Drivers and Their Assistants’ Industrial Association of Workers.
(c) One member appointed by the Secretary for Transport.
(d) One member appointed by the Director-General of Education.
(e) One member appointed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Vocational Training Council.
(2) In addition to the members specified in subclause (1) of this clause the Board may, from time to time and as it sees fit, co-opt not more than two additional members.
- (1) A deputy member may be appointed, in the same manner as an appointed member, to be the deputy of that member and to act in the event of the absence of that member from any meeting or meetings of the Board.
