Appointment of Licensing Authorities for Collection of Heavy-traffic Fees

Pursuant to subclause (3) of regulation 18 of the Motor Vehicle Taxation Regulations 1966*, the Minister of Transport hereby appoints the Secretary for Transport to be the licensing authority for the purpose of collecting heavy-traffic fees due under the said regulations for the Kapiti Borough.

Appointment of Licensing Authorities for Collection of Heavy-traffic Fees

Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Certain Easements, for State Housing Purposes in the City of Christchurch

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes from and after the 10th day of July 1975, subject as to the land firstly described to the certain drainage easements granted by transfers 588020 and 30584/1 and to the sewage drainage easement contained in easement certificate 26085/1, Canterbury Land Registry, and subject as to the land secondly described to the rights of way and sewage drainage easements granted by transfers 864999, 899709, and 935581, Canterbury Land Registry.
