Constitution of the Franklin Hydatids Control District

At the Government House at Wellington this 30th day of June 1975 Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Franklin Hydatids Control District Order 1975.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

The areas comprising the County of Franklin, the City of Papakura and the Boroughs of Pukekohe, Tuakau and Waiuku as from time to time constituted are hereby declared to be united to form an hydatids control district to be called the Franklin Hydatids Control District.

The Franklin County Council is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Franklin Hydatids Control District.

PURSUANT to section 27 of the Agricultural Pest Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

This order may be cited as the Waipa Pest Destruction District Abolition Order 1975, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Waipa Pest Destruction District Abolition Order 1975 published in the Gazette of 10 April 1975, at p. 812 (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

Clause 2 of the principal order is hereby amended by deleting the words “(New Zealand Gazette, of 13 September 1971, p. 1727)” and substituting the words “(New Zealand Gazette, of 25 March 1971, p. 522)”.

Adding Land to Abel Tasman National Park

PURSUANT to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the date hereof, be added to and form part of Abel Tasman National Park and shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with by the Abel Tasman National Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.

PURSUANT to subsection 1 (vi) of section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the date hereof, be added to and form part of Tongariro National Park and shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with by the Tongariro National Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.
