HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Franklin Hydatids Control District Order 1975.

(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

2. The areas comprising the County of Franklin, the City of Papakura and the Boroughs of Pukekohe, Tuakau and Waiuku as from time to time constituted are hereby declared to be united to form an hydatids control district to be called the Franklin Hydatids Control District.

3. The Franklin County Council is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Franklin Hydatids Control District.

This order may be cited as the Waipa Pest Destruction District Abolition Order 1975, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Waipa Pest Destruction District Abolition Order 1975 published in the Gazette of 10 April 1975, at p. 812 (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

2. Clause 2 of the principal order is hereby amended by deleting the words “(New Zealand Gazette, of 13 September 1971, p. 1727)” and substituting the words “(New Zealand Gazette, of 25 March 1971, p. 522)”.
