PAPATOETOE CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL ORDER--CONSOLIDATION OF SPECIAL RATES
THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it
by section 108A of the Municipal Corporations Amendment
Act 1954, as enacted by section 10 of the Municipal Corpora-
tions Amendment Act 1959, and all other powers enabling
it in that behalf, the Papatoetoe City Council hereby resolves
by way of special order that instead of levying the special
rates specified in the Schedule hereto, a uniform consolidated
special rate of point eight four seven five six (.84756) cents
in the dollar ($) on all rateable property within the City
of Papatoetoe be and the same is hereby made an annually
recurring rate for the purposes of paying the annual charges
plus 10 percent thereof payable in respect of the loans
secured by those special rates and the Papatoetoe City Council
herby further resolves that the consolidated special rate shall
be payable in one sum on the 1st day of August in each
year at the City Council Office, Saint George Street, Papa-
toetoe, to George Henry Mills Green, City Treasurer, or at
such other place or to such other person for the time
being authorised by the council.
