HUNTLY BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE THE ENTIRETY OF PIECES
OF LAND IN THE BOROUGH OF HUNTLY FOR STREET

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for street, not withstanding section 19 of the Public Works Act 1928, the entirety of the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto such land to be used for street, and notice is hereby given that the plan of the pieces of land so required to be taken is deposited in the Post Office at Huntly, and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said entirety of land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said entirety of land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board at Wellington: and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District, described as follows:

192 Being part Lot 23 on Deposited Plan 23455, being part Allotment 15, Parish of Taupiri, and part certificate of title No. 6A/168, South Auckland Land Registry, as shown on land transfer plan S. 19501 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Hamilton and thereon called Lot 16.
40 Being part Lot 23 on Deposited Plan 23455, being part Allotment 15, Parish of Taupiri, and part certificate of title No. 6A/168, South Auckland Land Registry, as shown on land transfer plan S. 19501 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Hamilton and thereon called Lot 17.
5 Being part Lot 23 on Deposited Plan 23455, being part Allotment 15, Parish of Taupiri, and part certificate of title No. 6A/168, South Auckland Land Registry, as shown on land transfer plan S. 19501, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Hamilton and thereon called Lot 18.
The said pieces of land are situated at or adjacent to the junction of Russell Road and Ralph Road in the Borough of Huntly.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Dannevirke County Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, a road, and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Dannevirke County Council at 40–44 Denmark Street, Dannevirke, and is there open for inspection. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work, or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth such objection in writing and send the same within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board at P.O. Box 12–244, Wellington. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE
LAND DISTRICT OF HAWKE'S BAY
FIRSTLY, all that piece of land containing 143 square metres, more or less, situate in the County of Dannevirke, and being part stream bed lettered B on Survey Office Plan No. 6526 and situate in the Mangatera stream bed; secondly, all that piece of land containing 290 square metres, more or less, situate in the County of Dannevirke, and being part Lot 25, Deposited Plan 1343, situate to the south of the Mangatera Stream on the west of the Dannevirke-Weber Road; and thirdly, 440 square metres, more or less, situate in the County of Dannevirke, and being Lot 25, Deposited Plan 1343, situate to the south of the Mangatera Stream and to the west of the Dannevirke-Weber Road.

BOROUGH OF ONEHUNGA
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Flats Construction Loan 1975—$80,000
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Onehunga Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $80,000 authorised to be raised by the Onehunga Borough Council under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the purpose of providing 11 flat units under the Housing Corporation’s Community Housing Scheme, the said Onehunga Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought two cents (.02c) in the dollar upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Onehunga and that the special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable over a period of 40 years or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The foregoing resolution was passed by the Onehunga Borough Council at a meeting held on Monday, 23 June 1975.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Municipal Corporation Act 1954 and the Public Works Act 1928:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Thames Borough Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, to construct and layout a service lane in the block bounded by Pollen, Mary, Mackay, and Sealey Streets in the Borough of Thames, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the First, Second, and Third Schedules hereto are required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plans of the lands so required to be taken are deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council situate in Mary Street, Thames, and are open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of the notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board at Wellington. If any such objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
